Muffly currently ships across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products, orders, or campaigns at Muffly's discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment's progress.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.
Muffly shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery:
- Do not accept the parcel if the outer packaging is severely damaged.
- Take clear photographs of the package.
