Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Partner & Coverage

  • We deliver all orders through our trusted logistics partner, Delhivery.

  • Shipping is available across all major cities and towns in India.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may experience slight delays, but we will keep you informed in such cases.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins once the order is confirmed.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Remote areas may require up to 10–12 business days for delivery.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, destination, and value of your order.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value during promotions (if applicable).


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment using the Delhivery website or app.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and send us clear photos at shivmanicreations@gmail.com along with your order number.

  • For lost or delayed orders, contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with Delhivery and provide you with an update as soon as possible.


7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

  • Claims must be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

  • For approved returns, we will arrange pickup and cover return shipping charges.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled without any charges.

  • After dispatch: If an order is canceled post-shipment, applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund.
