What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags intact. Exchanges are offered in cases of manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Cancellation & Exchange page for detailed instructions.
How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status on our Order Tracking page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments through Razorpay.
With Razorpay, you can conveniently pay using debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, or digital wallets. For select pin codes, COD is also available for added ease.
Do you offer international shipping?
